This is the second late-night emergency experience we had with Scott and Done Right Drain Cleaning. Last Friday we had a clog somewhere that was backing into both our kitchen and bathroom sink. I called Scott and left him a message with the problem. That was around 9pm. Sure enough, he called me back that night. He told me he could be there first thing Monday but I explained we had company on Sunday and If there was any way to come tomorrow (Saturday). He told me he had a job to do Saturday but he’d try and take care of us after that job. He kept in touch with me via text message a couple times on Saturday, but came by Saturday night! He took care of the issue in about 20 minutes! Problems Solved. Fair Price and Great Service.
